一、機(jī)器用途、工作條件及動作
1.1、本機(jī)器適用于鋼材、可塑性材料的彎曲、沖裁、落料、壓延、壓印、成型、壓裝以及結(jié)構(gòu)件的校正工藝。機(jī)器具有獨(dú)立的液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣系統(tǒng)，并采用觸摸屏顯示位移與產(chǎn)品計數(shù)、觸摸屏+PLC+光柵位移控制組合，方便設(shè)置與控制滑塊上限、快轉(zhuǎn)慢、下限和保壓時間。機(jī)器具有獨(dú)立的液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣系統(tǒng)，可實現(xiàn)手動調(diào)整和半自動及自動三種工作方式。每種工作狀態(tài)均可實現(xiàn)精確位移定程及定壓兩種壓制方式。
1.2、機(jī)器使用條件：
——工作環(huán)境溫度：0-55℃
——相對濕度：不大于85%
——電源電壓：380V±5% 50HZ
——海拔高度：不超過1500m
——液壓系統(tǒng)使用介質(zhì)：68#抗磨液壓油
