一、機(jī)器用途、工作條件Machine usage, working conditions：

HSP系列油壓沖床適用于金屬薄板的壓延、壓印、成型、軸承壓裝及塑性板材的淺拉伸等工藝。機(jī)器具有獨(dú)立的液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣系統(tǒng)，并采用PLC集中控制，結(jié)合相關(guān)的電器元件完成對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的壓力、位移等集中控制，以確保動(dòng)作的可靠性及系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性，可實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)整及半自動(dòng)兩種工作方式，每種工作方式均可實(shí)現(xiàn)定壓及定程兩種壓制方式。

The HSP series hydraulic punching machine is suitable for processes such as rolling, stamping, forming, bearing pressing, and shallow stretching of metal sheets. The machine has independent hydraulic and electrical systems, and adopts PLC centralized control. Combined with relevant electrical components, it completes centralized control of pressure, displacement, and other aspects of the entire system to ensure the reliability of the action and the stability of the system. It can achieve two working modes: adjustment and semi-automatic, and each working mode can achieve two pressing modes: constant pressure and fixed range.
