Y28/BL系列全電腦四柱雙動(dòng)拉伸機(jī)，是對(duì)燈飾、餐具、金屬外殼、汽車配件等薄板拉伸、成型、調(diào)直等工藝，經(jīng)資深工程技術(shù)人員的優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新，推出的數(shù)控油壓機(jī)產(chǎn)品系列，為我司高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品之一。
Y28/BL series of CNC four-column double-action hydraulic press,which used for electricity box,tableware,metal shell,auto parts,car body and other sheet metal deep drawing,forming,straightening and other process,our engineering and technical personnel integrated of optimization and innovation to design and improve the traditional models are one of our company high-tech products.

特點(diǎn)
1.采用比例壓力流量控制，可以滿足不同的工藝對(duì)速度壓力的變化要求，并且運(yùn)動(dòng)更平穩(wěn)。
2.采用電子尺進(jìn)行位置控制，壓力傳感器或壓力繼電器進(jìn)行監(jiān)控提升產(chǎn)品精度。
3.主要液壓元件、電器元件采用名牌產(chǎn)品，保證了液壓系統(tǒng)性和控制系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。
4.良好的人機(jī)界面，方便所有動(dòng)作及功能的參數(shù)設(shè)定。
Features:
1.Proportional pressure and flow control, to meet the different processes requirements on the speed and pressure changes,to achieve steady movement.
2.Position monitoring by electronic ruler,pressure monitoring by pressure sensor or pressure relay,in order to improve pressing accuracy.
3.Using international famous brand products for hydraulic and electrical components to guarantee the hydraulic and control system performance stability.
4.Human-computer interface,easy to control all the actions and set the parameters.
